• Users must operate their account in their own name and for their own use — acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy is not permitted.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Compliance with applicable local laws is the user's own responsibility.

If there is any doubt about a user's age, bdt gam may request the necessary documents to verify it at any time. The relevant account will be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

It is each user's responsibility to register with accurate and complete information. Accounts registered with incorrect, false, or incomplete information may be cancelled.

3.1 Login Credentials Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You will be held accountable for any use of your account by a third party, unless it is proven that the access occurred due to a failure on bdt gam's part.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdt gam reserves the right to verify identity at any time using a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

3.3 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling, or assigning an account to any other person is strictly prohibited.

The following payment methods are supported for transactions on bdt gam: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposits must be made only through a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party or using someone else's account are not accepted and may be returned or forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the wagering requirements for any bonus have been fully met.
• If there is any suspicion of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, bdt gam reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending further verification.

bdt gam offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 to meet the wagering requirement.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus amount is not equivalent to cash — it cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• bdt gam reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

All games and betting activities on bdt gam are conducted fairly and impartially. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the relevant game interface. Bets cannot be placed outside these limits.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a bet remains undetermined due to server failure, disconnection, or other technical issues, bdt gam reserves the right to void or reinstate that bet. In such circumstances, the stake will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting may change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless specific terms state otherwise.

The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the bdt gam platform:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, offensive, or harmful behaviour towards other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

If these rules are violated, bdt gam reserves the right to close the account immediately, forfeit any winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
